MILAN: AC Milan pushed Juventus out of the top four of Serie A with a 3-0 win in Turin that brightened their chances of returning to the Champions League for the first time since 2014.

Brahim Diaz put Milan ahead before the break with Anton Rebic and Fikayo Tomori completing the victory in the second half after Franck Kessie failed to complete a penalty.

Milan jumped to third, equaling second -placed Atalanta on 72 points with fourth -placed Napoli on 70 points.

Juventus slipped to fifth, one point behind Napoli with three games remaining, including a clash with new champions Inter Milan next week.

“We had a great match, a win over a major competitor is very important.

“We still have to fight. My young team is maturing,” said Milan manager Stefano Pioli.
